Tim Ferris in his collection of interviews with famous people provides tons of tips on how to take care of your health, run a business, and think more wisely. We have to admit that the amount of our notes on this book is almost as big as the book itself. Highly recommended for people in each moment of life.

Based on the incredible creativity of this very talented businessmen you can assume that this is a must-read book for everyone. Richard Branson shows you a business life from different perspective. And its a worth knowing perspective.
6. The Power of Habit – Charles Duhigg
A huge amount of people can’t get rid of smoking, drinking, and eating unhealthily. There are much more examples but at the end of the day everything comes down to one and one thing only – habits. These repetitive actions are the real reasons why we are unable to change something we want in short term. But in his book Charles Duhigg provides you an insight on how habits work. It’s a great and accessible read that is based on science papers. A must-read and great cause for a moment of auto reflection.
7. No Rules Rules: Netflix and the Culture of Reinvention
Trust your team. Be radically honest. And never, ever try to please your boss.
These are some ground rules if your work for Netflix. If not, you should definitely use them in your organization too.
